Lovely early 19th C. Gilt Lustre Wear Saucer, likely Sunderland. The metallic glaze over porcelain is so lovely, and we adore the captivating old branchy, leafy pattern with a gentle floral motif. The branches are one of our favorite elements. Their organic shape reminds us of coral, and the beautiful color coral is found in some of the soft, impressionistic blooms of the flowers, along with a soft magenta and lilac. Just so special and old!
